After viewing the beautiful 18th century stone barn, Healey Barn, Joanne and Alex were ready to fall in love all over again with this Northumberland wedding venue on the day of their I Do’s. Licensed for marriage ceremonies for up to 144 seated guests, their Healey Barn Wedding was the perfect space for Joanne and Alex to hold their ceremony in-front of all their family and friends. The surrounding courtyard and rustic features added character and charm to Joanne and Alex’s wedding day, while the statement chandelier and white roses that decorated the ceiling above created an elegant and luxurious feel. The beauty of Healey Barn’s reception room spoke for itself. To make it more personal the couple enhanced the room with wooden centrepieces and hints of pastel pink throughout.

Making her grand entrance Joanne looked a vision in her stunning ballgown, complete with intricately embellished waistband and sweetheart neckline, fit for a princess. The blushing bridesmaids were next to walk the aisle, dressed in sleek, halter neck gowns in a rose pink colour, complementing the bride, Joanne, beautifully. The twinkling fairy lights that hung overhead gave a romantic ambience creating a picture-perfect backdrop for their wedding photographs – taken by their recommended Healey Barn Wedding Photographer, CARRO Studio. Unique to Joanne and Alex, giant white and pink balloons, filled with gold confetti pieces, were used in their posed pictures in the beautiful woodland grounds of Healey Barn. CARRO’s expertise and knowledge abled him to capture the couple’s vision perfectly, emanating the true love and elegance that filled the air on their special day.
