Set in the heart of the beautiful Yorkshire Dales – the region’s most picturesque location, The Saddle Room, played host to the rustic wedding celebrations of Gemma and Ben, overlooking over 500 acres of glorious Yorkshire countryside.

Beautifully caught on camera, lying low in the valley of the River Cover, The Saddle Room’s delightfully unique wedding setting combined with its own quirky and quaint charm, immediately impressed Gemma and Ben from the get-go. Tying the knot at a nearby church, surrounded by stunning stained-glass windows and beautiful archways, the couple’s ceremony was complete with love, elegance and the people that meant the most.

Home to Gemma and Ben’s reception, The Bell Barn was filled with character and romance, finished with feature fireplaces, overhead wooden beams and statement chandeliers intertwined with ivory leaves. Complete with amazing scenic views and rustic interiors, The Saddle Room had everything and more that the couple wanted in their dream wedding venue. Enhancing the countrified features of the beautiful Bell Barn, Gemma and Ben’s four-tier wedding cake was in fact made out of cheese – fitting in with the theme perfectly!

Gemma stepped out in a gorgeous satin gown, graduated with a streamlined silhouette and divine lace detailing. Pairing her look with a subtle rose flower bouquet in deep red and bronze colours, the bride perfectly complemented her bridesmaids dressed in a crimson hue. While Gemma brought elegance and class, Ben along with his groomsmen stood in stylish grey three-piece suits and matching, crimson-coloured pocket square and tie.

Choosing the perfect photographer for the biggest day of your life is always going to be a difficult decision but when Gemma and Ben came across Wedding Photographer and Videographer CARRO Studio they were instantly sold on their effortless style and creative flare. Offering the bride and groom a bespoke package – catering to their individual needs, CARRO proved to be the photographer they had always hoped for to capture their special day.
